SLEEP IN THE SCHOOL

We have now worked out all details and are happy to tell you that we can offer a possibility to sleep in the school that are located just by the competition area.

From Friday to Sunday we have rented 4 classrooms in Skuru Skola which is located on the competition area (you can walk to the arena in 1 minute). It is now possible for you to make a reservation for a spot in the room. Sign the form below and you will have a spot in one of the rooms. Each room have a capacity of maximum 15 persons and you must bring your own sleeping bag and madras.
Rules that apply to sleep in the school:
1. You must leave the room in the state that you found it.
2. You can not use any equipment found in the school.
3. You can only sleep in the designated areas
4. You must clean the room when you leave.

Cost: 100kr/person/night
(pay to plusgiro: 595418-5 before the 6th of March and sign with your name)

You can get access to the school from Friday at 16.30 and you must leave the school at 18.00 on Sunday.
Payment and reservation have to be done before the 6th of March (wednesday)

COACHPASS

We believe coaching is a important part of our sport and we will allow coaches to enter the competition area but during the following rules:

1. All coaches have to register their names through the form below before the competition (last day to register for the coachpass is friday the 1th of March)
2. Every academy can have one or more coaches according to the following calculation:

- 1-3 fighters/day= 1 coach
- 4-7 fighters/day= 2 coaches
- 8+ fighters/day= 4 coaches

3. The coaches can enter the competition without paying the entrance fee
4. The coach passes will be personal and will be available at the entrance of the competition in the morning

The following rules apply for all coaches:
- Only those with a personal access card may enter the competition area with their fighter.
- You are only allowed to coach sitting down in the specified area
- You are not allowed to speak to the referee in any way
- You are not allowed to coach negative against your fighter’s opponent
- If you violate any of the above rules or otherwise act unsportsmanlike, the organizer of Nordic BJJ Open (Nacka Dojo) will remove your coach pass and can also disqualify your fighter.

PERSONAL ACCOUNT

Every fighter need their personal account to be able to participate in NOC. Once you have created your account you use that every time you register for our tournament and over time you can see your statistic.

Last day to register is friday the 1th of March 2013.

NOC 2012 is finished and Nacka Dojo would like to thank all fighters, referees, spectators and partners for this year. Here are the results from the competition and best club/academy.

The winners of Best Club and Best Academy gets a gift card from ByggOle/XL Bygg that can be used for equipment to the academy. They also get a nice trophy.

BRACKETS 2012

The brackets for NOC 2012 will be availabe for Saturday and Sunday on this adress. During the competition we will update the brackets live so you can follow everything on your computer or on your smartphone!

Here is information for all fighters:

We have more than 500 fighters from 80 academies spred over 12 countries. This makes NOC one of the bigger tournaments in Northern Europe our first year and we are very happy for your support! We have worked really hard to make everything perfect but we hope for your patience as we are still learning…

- The competition starts at 09.30 with the inmarsch for all clubs and presentations. First fights are 10.00.

- We decided to move up from 4 mats to 6 and after some hard work we will have six mats running. We will have fantastic referees doing their very best all weekend.

- We will give you an estimated timeframe for your weightclass.
THIS WILL ONLY BE A ESTIMATED TIME!!
If you are not there when we call your name we will disqualify you. You can not look at the time for your fights and just come for that. You have to be prepared long before your weightclass start.

- There will be a sauna available from 08.00 every morning.

- We will sell lunch, hamburgers and coffee. You can pay with creditcard in all places.

- The weighin is just before your first fight. If you dont make the weight you will be disqualified.

- All fighters must show an personal id to be able to compete.

AFTERPARTY

The afterparty will be on Saturday the 10th after the competition and we are welcomed by Imperial Lanes.

Everybody who wants to relax after the competition and eat some food and get some drinks together are welcome to join the afterparty at Imperial Lanes in Sickla (about 5 minutes with car from the arena or 10 minutes walk). From Choice Hotels it is only 5 minutes walk. There is no entrance and Imperial Lanes will have barfood and drinks for you to buy.

SLEEP

We have made a deal with a school on the competition area and can now offer you to sleep there during the competition.

From Friday to Sunday we have rented dorms in Ekliden school and it is possible for you to make a reservation for a spot in the room. Sign the form below and you have a spot in one of the rooms. The rooms have a capacity of maximum 15 persons and you must bring your own sleepingbag and madrass.
